Social Value

We understand that business is also about creating and contributing to social value. Our services touch lives, shape experiences, and contribute to society in meaningful ways.

Building a Better Tomorrow Together

Environment

We recognise our responsibility to care for our planet. We strive to inspire sustainable practices within our industry, setting a benchmark for environmental responsibility.

Community

Our community initiatives are designed to create lasting positive change. By partnering with local organisations, we organise events and volunteer programmes aimed at social improvement, literacy, and wellness.

Workplace

We advocate for an inclusive and diverse workforce, where everyone feels welcome, respected, and valued for their unique contributions.

Marketplace

We conduct business with honesty, transparency, and respect, building trust with our clients and partners. We're also committed to promoting responsible consumption and production patterns.

Embedding Diversity & Inclusion

At Acuity, we are committed to cultivating an environment where every individual feels valued, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.

We believe that by embracing the unique qualities and perspectives of every individual, we can create an extraordinary workplace that drives excellence in front of house services.

Working Towards a World Without Slavery

We are committed to supporting significant social causes. We are proud to have Unseen UK as our charity partner.

Unseen UK provides safehouses and support in the community for victims of trafficking and modern slavery. The charity runs the Modern Slavery & Exploitation Helpline, a UK-wide, free, 24/7 service for potential victims, members of the public, frontline workers, and law enforcement agencies.

"Our commitment to diversity and inclusion is not just a buzzword; it's a powerful force that dismantles barriers, embraces differences, and fosters a culture where everyone has a seat at the table and a voice that is heard and respected."
